This game has been thoroughly play-tested. The game is in excellent working order. All buttons, switches, lights and sounds work as they should with one exception. I've noticed that all of the HTH Hockey games that I've come across seem to have issues with the timer. Usually the timer speeds along at what seems like double-time. On this one the timer does not come on at all. You can hear it ticking but it doesn't light. It is not a problem with the LEDs because the same bank is used for the score and the scoring works fine. It seems likely to me that Coleco simply turned off the timer display because the speed of it was causing complaints (it is very disorienting). Mind you this is all conjecture on my part. I'd be curious to hear from anyone who knows for sure. Anyway none of this affects game play at all. The screen is in excellent condition with no chips or scratches in the paint. The console is likewise in excellent condition with just some minor surface scuffing.
The back of the console has all it's stickers intact with very little rubbing. Battery cover is present and battery compartment is clean and terminals are not corroded. A very clean copy.
