This was Milton Bradley's 1969 attempt at a replay game.  Since it is geared towards kids It is very simple compared to Strat-O-Matic or APBA but adults can still have fun with it.   It features cards with photos of tons major league players.  Each player card has a 2-12 dice roll chart on it's reverse to draw the play results from.  The game was re-issued in 1972 with a different, larger player card set.

Milton Bradley Official Baseball Game cards

The card set is overall in EXCELLENT condition.   I have inventoried all the cards and compared them to my roster list and I can say for sure that this is a complete set.  There are some cards with light creases, and a few have minor stains or tanning, but on the whole they are in really nice shape.  One card (Frank Quilici) has a long tear but is still intact.  A couple others have minor edge tears.  No cards have any writing none have significant stains.  I will also include a photocopy of my master roster list that lists the cards included in both this edition and the 1972 edition.   I would grade the cards 7 on a 10 scale (see condition guide below).

Milton Bradley Official Baseball Game parts

The other game parts are in VERY GOOD condition.  The game includes a complete set of player cards and team cards, 8 wooden markers, 2 dice, play selector screen and a photocopy of the rulebook.  The screen and field are both in great shape and free of stains, tears or creasing. The instructions were missing when I acquired the game but I have included a photocopy. Overall I would grade the game parts 5-6 on a 10 scale (see condition guide below).

Milton Bradley Official Baseball Game box

The game box is in GOOD condition.  The lid has 4 split corners and some general rubbing.  No stains or writing.  The box bottom has 2 splits, a few stain spots and a few bare spots.  I would grade the box a 4 on a 10 scale (see condition guide below).

MINT (10):
I will only give this grade to brand new, unused items. NEAR MINT (9):  Shows virtually no use.  Seldom if ever played.   Perhaps some very light handling creases to the instructions or other minor flaws with the game parts.  Boxes will have only the slightest hint of shelf wear.   EXCELLENT (7-8): The game has seen some use but it was obviously well taken care of.  Game parts might have some light handling creases or other signs of careful use.  Board might have just a hint of color loss or dented corners.  Boxes will have light rubbing to the artwork or perhaps some minor dishing or a very light stain.   VERY GOOD (5-6):  The game was not especially well cared for but it still has faired pretty well.  Game parts will show obvious use but nothing will be torn, badly stained or have any serious damage.  Box may have some rubbing, light staining, dishing, 1 or 2 neatly split corners, minor writing and/or a few pieces of tape.  No major structural damage and artwork will still be generally attractive.  GOOD (3-4): Obviously no care was taken with the game but it is still playable as is.  Game parts show considerable use but the game is complete with all parts in usable condition.  Box may have staining, writing, split corners, dishing and/or other structural damage but it will be intact and still usable.   POOR (1-2):  Only suitable to fill a space in your collection.  Game will be missing parts (these will be noted).  Box will have serious damage and may be missing aprons or badly torn.
